The Thompson Raceway Ride & Optional Versatility Course

Your choice of doing the ride, doing the versatility course or both. The ride is mostly on private property which has parts of the former Thompson Raceway, located near, but not related in any way to the Speedway.
Check in 10 am Length: 4 miles, repeat for 8 miles. NEHT Affiliated Hot lunch served after the ride.
Location: Baker Road, Thompson CT. From route 193S (coming from Massachusetts), take the sharp, hairpin left downhill onto East Thompson road, heading toward the Speedway.
After about 1/2 mile, take the first paved right onto Alm Road. If you pass the Speedway, you’ve gone too far. Follow Alm Road to the end. Take a left onto Baker Road. There will be a BSTRA sign to direct you to the left turn into the field. For GPS use: 140 Baker Road Thompson, CT will get you close.
Versatility (Optional): In hand division along with the junior, adult and senior divisions. Ride the course before or after your trail ride.
Registration fees: $25 for BSTRA members, $30 for non-members, Juniors free
Registration deadline Nov. 11th.
Per CT guide lines masks should be worn when not mounted (off to eat with social distancing).
Covid -19 Protocol: Stay home if you are sick.
Maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet for those not in your “family” group. Wash/sanitize your hands.
Masks required when you are at the table to register/get your lunch/ or any time you are closer than six feet from someone else.
