On April 23rd we had a tremendous turnout of 42 people. BSTRA worked together with DCR (Department of Conservation & Recreation), NEMBA (New England Mountain Bike Association) and Boy Scout Troop 316 members.
We established a new connector trail that was .7 mile long. Opened up a cart road down to Rocky Brook. Cleaned out what was left of two old bridges and installed the new stringers, cleared out downed trees on the trail past Rocky Brook along with some re-routing and creating a water bar.
For this project we put in a total of 178.5 hours!
