Cabbage Hill Pleasure Ride

Please join us on this fundraiser ride. 95% of the land that we will be riding on is protected by the land trust. We will be splitting the proceeds with Wyndham Land Trust to benefit the work & land protection that they do.

Is this a win for us and them? YES. They allow horseback riding on their property and we have several of our members that are also members of Wyndham Land Trust to help with this partnership.

The Wyndham Land Trust is working hard to protect land in the Quiet Corner of Northeast Connecticut.

The land trust was incorporated in April 1975 and the first parcel was protected in 1977. Today, the WLT is protecting over 5500 acres in north eastern Connecticut.

Partnerships are a great thing for horseback riders!

Location: for GPS use 65 Cabbage Hill Road, Woodstock CT. There is only one field and that will be on your right. Follow signs and swing wide to turn into the field.

Check in: starts at 9am. Ride out when you are ready. Last rider out at 10:30.

Registration Fees: BSTRA members $35, nonmembers $40, Juniors 17 and under free (if pre-registered, they eat free too), Lunch only $20

Pre-registration deadline: July 19th        Post entries welcome but no lunch provided.

Raffle after lunch.
