Trail Work Morning Grafton MA

Please join us to put the final touches on the work that has already been done on Hinterland Trail in Grafton.

I would like to use the small stones that were pulled out of the trail surface and place them on the sides of the trail. With 7 to 12 inches of fill, we have sides and this would help retain the trail surface where it belongs. I would also like to place some stones where we ended the trail work to harden the fill that was placed to divert the water off to the side as opposed to running down the trail.

I will be bringing a wheel barrow, pick axe and a shovel. I ask that you make sure you have gloves to protect your hands.

TIME: 8:30 check in with work starting at 9am.

LOCATION: Soap Hill Road, Grafton MA. If you are coming in from George Hill Road, go .34 of a mile and turn left down cart road. IF you are coming in from the other end off of Mechanic Street, go .9 of a mile and take your right down the cart road. (I will have signs up where you have to turn).
