SUMMARY:Park Serve Day Upton State Forest
DESCRIPTION:GIVE A DAY! MAKE A DIFFERENCE!\nJoin the Friends of Upton State Forest\, BSTRA\, and the Department of Conservation and Recreation. We plan on getting some trail work done this year. Many of the trails are starting to get over grown and need to be cut back.\nWhere: Meet at the Headquarters Building near the intersection of Westborough Rd and Southborough Rd (GPS address is 205 Westboro Rd) \nTime: Registration and coffee 8:30-9:00 Working until noon time. \nBring hand tools such as pruners\, hand saws or loppers. We also suggest sunscreen and insect repellent. Dress for the weather with appropriate work shoes and gloves. Water will be provided. The public is welcome. \nA liability waiver is required. Children under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
